Method of Payment

Payment and delivery time is subject to mutual agreement between the client and Lama Translation Center. 
However, we usually use the following procedure.

The clients will send his documents, which require translation, by email (word file) to Lama Translation Center.

Our office will study these documents to determine the cost and the delivery time of the required translation according to the complexity of the subject matter.

Lama translation center will translate 250 words free of charge as a translation test to prove the quality of our work.

​

If the client accepts our quotation, the quality of our work, and the delivery time, we will translate 50% of the required work and ask him/her to pay 50% of the total cost.

​

After we complete the required work, we ask the client to pay the remaining amount.
We are prepared to revise our work several times, free of charge, to meet the requirements of the client.
