Hospital Coordination Agreement

  1. We have a template for the above agreement between the patient and Lama Translation Center which stipulates the rights and obligations of both parties.

  2. This agreement reflects our coordination and communication with a large number of hospitals in many countries to know the names of distinguished medical doctors in all fields of medical specializations.

  3. We translate the medical reports of the patient to know his illness on one hand and the sub specialization of the doctor who can offer him proper medical treatment on the other hand.  

  4. We translate the resumes of distinguished doctors to make the patient aware of their academic qualifications and professional experience.

  5. We send the medical reports of the patient to several hospitals to evaluate his illness and health condition.

  6. We make hospital appointments for the patient after we know the cost and duration of his medical treatment.

  7. A copy of the above agreement will be sent to the patient upon his request.

Patient’s Escort Agreement to a foreign country

  1. We have a template for the above agreement between the patient and Lama Translation Center which stipulates the rights and obligations of both parties.

  2. This agreement reflects the personal support and the interpretation service we can offer this patient during his medical treatment in a foreign country.

  3. This agreement reflects our personal support, interpretation service, hospital coordination, and hospital appointments which we offer this patient during his medical treatment in a foreign country.

  4. The above support starts from the date of his arrival to the foreign country until the date of his return to Saudi Arabia.

  5. A copy of the above agreement will be sent to the patient upon his request.
